I get some form of this question pretty much on a weekly basis. The answer isn’t quite as simple as you might think.
The other morning I woke up feeling like a total POS. A worthless lump of a person who offers nothing to my marriage, friendships, students and career in general. A complete failure who wasted their life and is just riding out the days now.
